How to Report Bugs

Here are some guidelines to effectively reporting bugs so that Support/Testing staff can test/reproduce them, and forward them on to our Devs.

* Describe the bug. Be as detailed as possible.
* 32 bit or 64 bit client? Dx9 or 11?
* How does it affect game play?
* Is it repeatable? How so? This is very important! A lot of bugs which seem like a fluke have some logic behind them in order to be able to repeat them.
* Does it affect one player, or others around them?
* Screenshots and videos help tremendously

In the event the bug causes a crash, please E-mail us your crash log to gamemaster@mortal-support.com

Crash logs may be found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Star Vault\Mortal Online\mortalonline\UnrealEngine3\MortalGame\Logs -- The most recent .dmp file will be your most recent crash log. When Emailing us a crash log, please be as descriptive as possible in what happened just prior to the crash. Where were you? What were you doing? Etc.
