Sky box shifts when looke at from a 90° angle

Here's a video showing that when its not on a 90° angle it does not shift but everytime it does, it shifts

And I blame the Black Vents of Umbra that deface the Skies over Nave. The Evil One ripped them open in order to offer his Temptations, and the very clouds recoil in abhorrence.
